Debbie Brooks, Olympic artist and celebrity evening bag designer was instantly drawn to Linda Greenberg’s Uganda Project thru her sheer enthusiasm and passion for Africa. Linda’s drive took Debbie back to her own travels when she ventured into unfamiliar African villages and historical sites, leaving an everlasting imprint on her heart. Her various trips to the bush country, accompanied by her family, only strengthened her passion for Africa’s culture and mysticism.

By combining forces, creativity and talents, we have developed an innovative approach to connecting the children of the United States with those in Uganda.

“Lunch 4 Lunch” is a one-of-a-kind concept aiming to establish and fund basic and secondary schooling for uneducated Ugandan children. This will in turn enable them to have opportunities and limitless possibilities that without education were never before in their reach. Our “Lunch 4 Lunch” products will be sold by the children of the United States and then will be expanded world wide.

The authentic artwork of the Ugandan children will be used in the fabrication of tshirts, hats, watches, backpacks, purses, lunch bags and small gorilla statues(made by Ugandan children) to be sold to children and adults across the United States. Not only will this project greatly increase awareness worldwide, it will create a connection between children of different worlds and improve the quality of life for fellow human beings.

This project will serve as a reminder to all that we as people posses the power to make life-changing differences for others. Both Debbie and Linda strongly believe that this concept needs to be recognized and acted upon.
