Our goals for the children of Uganda are: to assist with their education, improve health standards, promote self sufficiency and encourage responsible stewardship of the habitat they share with chimpanzees, Silverbacks and other wildlife.

  theme song

98% of chimpanzee, gorilla and human DNA is identical. Sadly their populations soon may be extinct. Through the help of Ugandas children, their Wildlife Authority, schools and concerned individuals; 4Uganda is working feverishly to collectively prevent such a tragedy.

Many children cannot make the typical 10 mile daily trek on foot to school. Boarding schools enable them to concentrate on education while not continously over-worked and exhausted. For $400 a year a child receives food, boarding, tuition, uniform, school supplies, books, and medical assistance.

African children who are part of our programs are taught proper hygiene, nutrition, conservation, self empowerment, indepen-dence and the importance of the survival of gorrilas and chinpazees to their economy and to the world.

In August of 09 we are returning to Uganda for medical clinics, implementa-tion of projects and tea-ching various skills. We are currently looking for additional doctors, nurses, emt's, aides, dentists, vets and teachers to join the mission.

  Ugandan Orphan Song
written/interpreted by Jeffrey Archer
for 4Uganda.org
A few years back an Angel walked into my life requesting help for the local homeless. I wrote a song (Angels without Wings) and recorded a little CD for the Angel.
100% of the proceeds were given to the charity and I discovered the beauty and magic of giving back. The Angel is my amazing friend Linda Greenberg.

Recently Linda wanted a song for the Ugandan orphans and I dug deep into my soul and The Ugandan Orphan song was born. ”Please help these incredible kids” was the mantra that kept ringing in my head as I was writing the song. God works in mysterious ways as they say.
I am blessed to be part of this journey and the lesson of giving back is also a gift I thank my friend and Angel for eternally
